Fix: Change Docusaurus config to ES module + Fix undefined CSS minimizer build issue

• add check that minimizer is defined

Convert docusaurus.config.js to ES6 module

• replace require() with import statements
• change module.exports to export default
• remove require.resolve() calls and used direct paths
• rename the file to .mjs extension to support ES modules
