  1. Consider pinning actions/github-script to a full SHA hash (e.g., actions/github-script@60a0d83039c74a4aee543508d2ffcb1c3799cdea) instead of @v7 for supply-chain hardening. This is optional but aligns with GitHub's security best practices for workflows.
  2. Minor: the catch block's error parameter could be typed, but since this is inline JS in a workflow (not project TypeScript), this is purely cosmetic.
