Rebrand app as VectorTouch

This PR renames the app to VectorTouch across the project, following the recent repository rename.

The rename is intended to establish a distinct identity for an Android-first experience and avoid confusion with the Android version of GodSVG.

The app has already diverged significantly from the GodSVG, with:

• A complete theme overhaul and UI changes.
• Support for sensor-based orientation (adaptive portrait and landscape modes).
• A mobile friendly TabsPanel designed for touch interactions.
• Touch-optimized interaction patterns, such as replacing hover-based actions with touch based alternatives.

More Android-focused enhancements are planned, and this rename lays the groundwork for treating VectorTouch as Android-first SVG editor.
