Replaces the use of MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE with scoped storage access using standard Android permissions. Now, saving is limited to the Documents and Download directories, and access to media is limited by explicitly requesting READ_MEDIA_IMAGES for image access only. This avoids broad file access and complies with scoped storage policies introduced in newer Android versions.
