Fix UBI 9 container install page using nightly image
Fixes #1226
Motivation:
The UBI 9 Linux install page referenced a nightly Docker image in the main container section, which is intended for stable Swift installations. Nightly builds are meant to be opt-in and listed only under Development Snapshots.

The UBI 9 install page now correctly points users to the stable Swift container image by default, while still providing access to nightly builds for development and testing.
Updated this PR to cover all Linux install pages, as discussed.
