Adds reviewer picker support for curated AI reviewer bots alongside repo reviewers and teams. Narrows people to push-access collaborators, filters teams to those with access to the current repo, and excludes the app's own bot plus unknown generic bots. The picker now separates bots from people and preserves bot metadata during optimistic reviewer updates. Verified with dashboard type check, Biome check, and Vitest.
