Adds a standalone Manifest V3 browser extension under extensions/diffkit-redirect for selectively redirecting supported GitHub routes to DiffKit. Includes configurable rule matching, default redirects for overview, pulls, issues, pull details, and review pages, plus popup/options UI and store icon assets. Also documents local install, rule format, and current redirect coverage in the extension README.
