As discussed (in #22) I've moved the content over to a side panel and only load in each pages as its required.
I noticed there is no translations stuff in their yet but I've alluded to it a little for when it's added.
I've kept the pages hardcoded as they were when they were tabs but I think it might be a good idea to allow a plugin api that lefts you add more to that menu (just like settings does).
