This pull request...

  • Updates the mod build config package for compatibility with the recent Stardew Valley 1.3.32 release.
  • Updates the code for the upcoming SMAPI 3.0 (still compatible with current versions).
  • Migrates to the new package reference format.
  • Replaces const int values with an enum.
