Incompatibility with CustomDoorAccess

Describe the bug
BypassKeycardReaders & PryGates don't work with any doors that have theirs perms modified by CustomDoorAccess.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Modified a door like Gate A and set revoke_all: true in the config file with CustomDoorAccess
2. Create a class with any of the ability BypassKeycardReaders & PryGates
3. Go to the the Gate A and try to open it; and fail

Expected behavior
To actually bypass / pry the gate
