Replace echo|grep -q with here-strings (grep -q <<< "$var") to avoid SIGPIPE when grep closes the pipe early. Also fix pod status counters that crashed with pipefail on grep no-match (exit 1). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Auto-delete existing k3d cluster before creating a new one to prevent "cluster already exists" failures. Add missing image tags (ask:0.1, gizmo-on-demand:snapshot-slim) that match values.yaml defaults so local Docker images are imported into k3d instead of pulling from Hub.
