Also slight modifications to the go bump script. Example PR that was opened by the script #231 .
I found only one usage of quay.io/rhacs-eng/apollo-ci across all StackRox code base: https://github.com/stackrox/stackrox/blob/master/scale/signatures/deploy.yaml#L14.
I believe it is save to only publish to quay.io/stackrox-io/apollo-ci.
Historical builds will still succeed as the quay.io/rhacs-eng/apollo-ci repository still exists.
