Add inital category view. Imported into the HelloWorld vue. Initial v-for used to list the categories.
Using axios to retrieve the categories from the chuck norris api. Setup the ul to have toggle buttons to be visually appealing. Also switched the order of the components in the main vue.
The joke vue had leftover vue code from a copy paste.
Update router to reflect change.
Update messaging away from boilerplate HelloWorld.vue. Moved image into component.
