Schema Inferrence Errors are Detailed for Invalid Parquet Files

• Long and detailed errors were being posted in the case of Parquet file inferrence for schemas when the actual given file was either not a Parquet file or a faulty Parquet file.
• This addition now replaces the tall error logs in the response with a more direct error message for Parquets.
• Other file types are not affected as instead of throwing errors, they just get inferred in a noticeable, corrupt way.
