Sometimes 'docker inspect' will get error like 'Error response from daemon: devmapper: Unknown device xxxx'
At this time the script will exit.
Add new env variable ERROR_CONTAINER_REMOVAL to handle this case.
Skip docker inspect failed containers by default (ERROR_CONTAINER_REMOVAL=0)
