In 2007, a friend launched a cat forum, which included a section for posting cat adoption information.
The forum uses Dongwang Xianfeng, but it doesn't meet some of the requirements and they haven't found a suitable forum plugin, so they asked me to help them create a cat adoption information posting platform.
