* Implement tests for initializing the Rent Vault and creating new accounts using the Rent Vault. * Validate lamports in the Rent Vault and new accounts after transactions.
…Payer - Added litesvm dependency to package.json. - Adjusted import path for PdaRentPayer in test.ts to include the .ts extension. - Updated pnpm-lock.yaml to include litesvm and its variants. - Changed TypeScript module resolution from commonjs to nodenext.
