17 queue opening/closing automation

Helps with #11

Added configurable settings for devotional, TA meeting, and saturday times, and made settings visible through buttons.

Additional improvements:

• queue opening/closing timer shortened to ensure that a time to close or open isn't missed due to higher latency.
• ensured that the Server Information DAO is used to get information about the server rather than helper methods in discord_helpers
• fixed a bug that would display newlines students entered into their submission modal, cluttering the TA chat and hampering Queue History csv readability
• improved remove_student button so that it will still perform its most important function of tracking queue times even if the TA is not in a voice channel, or is in the Online TAs voice channel.
