Aptos deployment removal

Context

In order to cleanup chain specific code and speed up CI deployment tests execution, Aptos changesets, sequences, ops and tests moved to Aptos repo: smartcontractkit/chainlink-aptos#487

Some changesets were refactor to adapters in the process: smartcontractkit/chainlink-aptos#489

This PR

• Remove migrated changesets and tests
• Adapted CCIP in-memory/e2e to use new adapters
