Adds The Simpsons and LittleBigPlanet skin packs to the Windows64Media/DLC folder so they are included in the project.

Changes

Previous Behavior

The Windows64Media/DLC folder did not contain The Simpsons or LittleBigPlanet skin packs.

New Behavior

The DLC folder now includes The Simpsons and LittleBigPlanet skin packs.

Fix Implementation

• Added The Simpsons and LittleBigPlanet skin pack files to the DLC folder.
