Feature Description
Hey, I have noticed a small issue that I believe could enhance the user experience. Currently, there is no Page Scroll Progress Bar at the Top of Your Startup Webpage , which makes navigation a bit cumbersome, especially when users need to return to the top of a lengthy page. Though it may seem minor, the absence of this feature can impact the overall usability and performance of the website.

Have you seen your code carefully before committing

1. you have not pulled the latest commit
2. In your code signup is not working may be you have made some changes
3. also the you have pasted your code as it is in red color which is not matching with UI theme and it must showing only in the blog description pages you have added it to all pages even in login signup pages
