Mothership chat streaming UX is adjusted so completed subagent / agent-group sections stay expanded until the next section starts (via isCurrentSection and an open-lane signal to avoid mid-run collapse flicker), and file-agent workspace_file rows stop showing a stale “writing” state when the next file section opens (finalizeStaleWorkspaceFiles in the turn stream model).
