Update for the readme.md file on the repository

Cant seem to mention a bug here or in a dm so im leaving it here for others to read and confirm. For me I've noticed if a kinect is plugged in on boot it will black screen after the chain break splashscreen. Happens every time. With it unplugged everything works as it should. Plugging the kinect in after the exploit causes no issues though.

that's a xeunshackle issue not abadavatar nor bad update issue

Some bugs I had:

If I had an HDD with games connected (with some save and profile on Content) it would freeze and I couldn't move the profiles anymore. I am always connecting it after the exploit is done. Also, I can only do the exploit with 1 controller, if 2 is connected, it will also not work.

My 360 is a Winchester. Hope it helps someone out there.
