This pulls some of the changes from #2132, namely:

  • creates development folder
  • creates several sub-folders in that section, to bring up guides/guidelines info
  • creates a monetization folder (eventually to go under "extensions")
  • deprecates Cypress docs
  • creates a Development > Testing folder
  • adds Jonas Elfering (@keulinho)'s drafted good guide on CI

Su (@sushmangupta) Soner (@shyim) I couldn't find a live link to that, so I found similar guidance via OWASP's Web Security Testing Guide and used this https://github.com/OWASP/wstg/blob/master/document/4-Web_Application_Security_Testing/11-Client-side_Testing/11-Testing_Web_Messaging.md
