This pull request is a to add these following files:
-newdataset.py (dataloader and dataset)
-train.py (training the uNet)
-predict.py (predicting the segmentation)
-modules.py (uNet and its componets)

As submission of a functional 2dUnet for Hip MRI segmentation.

This is an initial inspection, no action is required at this point

1. Solves problems: The average DICE score was lower than 0.75, and the DICE of individual labels was not reported. The loss plot and prediction figures were not presented in the readme. As mentioned in the readme file, the model has only trained 5 epochs and has not yet converged.
2. Implementation: Hyperparameters were hard-coded in the train.py instead of using ArgParse. Otherwise all good.
3. Design: train.py is a bit messy as functions were put after "if name == 'main':". Other files are good.
4. Comment: Insufficient comments for functions in predict.py and train.py. Missed references and citations in readme. Others are good.
5. Difficulty: Easy Difficulty.
