Changed Install instructions, so unaware users won't publish url/api-keys to a public github-repo. Also included instructions on how to add languages.
Removed hint to german fork as preparation for pull request

Does this work for anyone? It's just plays the audiobook from the beginning every time and skipping to chapter x doesn't work either. |
