Devices and Zones, better DLL handling

This release loads the DLLs from the applications directory. Devices and zones can now be accessed through custom objects.
There is only one release for both 64bit and 32bit systems

Optimized AlienFX API handling

The API will now automatically release the AlienFX API if System.exit() is called, or the computer is beeing shutdown.
