This PR updates the test data to use the same folder naming scheme and input file as https://github.com/seqwell/LongPlex.
It also makes a minor changes to the multiqc plugin, an API update for the latest MultiQC.
It adds an explicit install of procps in the docker image for nextflow compatibility.
After this PR is merged, a new minor release and docker image of longplexpy will be needed to support the multiqc plugin in the LongPlex workflow.
