"Added background(finally) and made it so when you get past 8 scoops, you move up in the screen background. I also tried to make the cone start at the bottom but have not gotten that part quite yet."

Added score tracking. Made it so arrow keys accelerate cone rather than move it back and forth at one speed.

Refactored code to make it more concise and modular. Also addded random "wind" to obstacles and faster acceleration when holding Shift.
