Rev 0.8e: Fix single/two button config bug, add support for Pico 2

This release fixes a bug introduced in rev 0.8b that causes the ThrottleBlaster to hang when configuring the presets. This was introduced in rev 0.8b.
Many thanks to @TriggerWolf for reporting the bug!

We now also support the Pico 2!
