V 0.3 beta 14 (bug fixes)

This release includes:

• Some code tweaking to remove artifacts
• Sadly I had to shrink the MCEBlaster no-signal logo because of limited available memory
• 2 more sample offsets for CGA to improve sampling resolution
• A UI fix (med-push of Auto-Adjust)
