Scope

Document the scientific-computing/AI evolution in English and Hindi, and link from the existing numerics guide.

  • Separate already published finite vectors, tiles, statistics and softmax from unreleased sampled integration and secant derivatives in compiler PR #153.
  • Describe future module namespaces as proposals only, not importable scarp.* APIs.
  • Provide a dependency-ordered plan for numerical analysis, tensor design, automatic differentiation, model training and performance backends.
  • Explicitly protect tagged compiler conformance fixtures from speculative program examples.

Publication and review

This PR may document work in progress but must not present compiler PR #153 as released. Review bilingual language, links and site CI; coordinate any eventual runnable lesson with an actually published compatible compiler. No release marker, compiler pin, or pinned example is changed.

Depends conceptually on the implementation and final feature contract in compiler PR #153.
