Accessibility improvements (Issue #65)

  • Add ArrowDown/ArrowUp focus navigation for dynamically generated local-search result links in the independent TypeScript UI, while retaining Tab and native Enter links.
  • Expand real Chromium tests for both locales to cover keyboard-driven release selection, successful command copy, clipboard-permission denial with selectable fallback, search-result arrow navigation, 320px layout and reduced-motion preference.
  • Clarify keyboard/clipboard instructions and the distinction between automated and manual assistive-technology testing in paired English/Hindi guides.
  • Update the independent-engine accessibility gates; preserve offline requests and axe A/AA scans.

Acceptance

Run the existing eight CI jobs, including Chromium browser-offline and the six pinned compiler suites; do not merge on failure. Do not claim a manual screen-reader audit or close #65 without human evidence.
