Why

Issue #70 replaces the website with an independent TypeScript engine, yet check-docs.ts and check-i18n.ts still read the obsolete docs/.vitepress/config.mts. This is a maintenance hazard and blocks eventual legacy-source removal.

Changes

  • Make link, page-inventory and site-base checks use the Scarp-owned routes.ts URL contract and the release manifest.
  • Verify both English and Hindi home-page action/feature links, canonical routes and complete bilingual source counterpart coverage.
  • Keep code-fence, localized text and identical runnable example checks; require actual published-release English/Hindi guides.
  • Stop consulting VitePress navigation/locale configuration; document the migration gate.

Review/CI

This is limited to source validation. The independent build, offline browser, sitemap, conformance and accessibility checks remain in CI and must pass before merge. Related issue: #70.
