Summary

  • Inspect the published Scarp v0.0.6-alpha.2 prerelease and annotated tag, pin immutable compiler source 398b8ff705154a02423fe458ce3a427401e81e31.
  • Add complete English and Hindi release documentation describing bounded, opt-in Rust caching and invalidation; no new source-language syntax, CLI commands, or native compiler.
  • Preserve the prior alpha.1–alpha.6 conformance fixtures and their historical source identities. Update only the current-publication drift guard, not the alpha.1 main reference baseline.
  • Update bilingual introduction, homepage, feature-status matrix, documentation root, offline release metadata, and the seven-release CLI Command Finder.
  • Extend the independent Scarp-owned TypeScript renderer to 140 bilingual pages (70/70), preserving route, search, sitemap, SEO and offline contracts.

Release evidence

Checks to run before merge

Documentation CI, all previous tagged compiler checks, TypeScript build/tests, dual-locale parity, browser accessibility, offline archive and release drift. This PR does not authorize a stable docs release.

Related to #2 (release tracking) and #70 (Scarp-owned site migration).
