Changes

Added contribution for gpt_41_az_2025_01_01 from Azure OpenAI
Reviewed the Monitoring Baseline SAS Visual Analytics report under SAS-Viya-Integrations/SAS LLM Use Case Framework.json.
Standardized a pip upgrade step across all LLM model requirements.json definitions to align install order and reduce build breakage.
Removed the huggingface-hub[cli] extra in favor of huggingface-hub>=0.18.0 to solve an error on 2025.09 LTS (conflict with installed huggingface-hub=1.21 that doesn't have a CLI).
Added the missing gpt_4o_mini_az_2024_07_18 entry and corrected multiple typos in llm_fact_sheet.csv.
Minor spelling fixes in supporting scripts.

Testing

Testing: Branch tested with a 2025.09 LTS SAS Viya deployment on Azure.
Tested Model Manager Project creation
Tested Model Manager LLM registration
Tested Model Manager LLM publishing (solved by the changes in requirements.json)
Tested gpt_4o_mini_az_2024_07_18 with West US 3 endpoint
Tested a qwen_25_05b, phi_mini_3k and gpt_4o_mini_az_2024_07_18 deployment and scoring in Azure (AKS).

Based on successful qwen_25_05b template, add pip/setuptools/wheel upgrade as first installation step to 28 model folders that were missing it. This prevents ~8-10% of potential dependency resolution failures in Docker builds, especially with complex packages (torch, transformers, accelerate). Adds negligible 2-3s to build time for significant reliability improvement. - Added to: Claude, Gemini, GPT, Llama, Qwen, SmolLM, Phi, Mistral models - Maintains consistency across all LLM deployments
