Switch env_args to a shell array and build it with indirect
expansion; pass entries to env -i using "${env_args[@]}".
Refactor mcp_client logging: disable propagation and early-return if
handlers exist; use StreamHandler with a simpler format and avoid
logging full MCP_JSON_CONTENT contents
