- Updated both the `build.yml` and `publish.yml` to fix pipeline issues - Tweaked Husky installation command in the project file. - Updated `Global.json` .NET Version - Updated Analyzers packages - Purposely did not update the Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk, or xunit runner in order to maintain compatibility with .NET 6 and .NET 7 testing targets. - If, and most likely when, we retire those targets we want to be purposeful
