Ran and tested some git commands to join both repos and keep the history. I think the commit history for both repos has been merged, but could someone double check.
I merged pharmd-tracker-backend dev branch into a subdirectory of pharmd-tracker. Let me know if I should instead merge pharmd-tracker-backend master.
