Centralized the chapter parsing logic in src/renderer/src/lib/storyContent.ts by introducing a getChapterTitleFromLine helper. This refactor replaces multiple duplicated regex patterns and manual string checks with a consistent approach across all chapter-related functions.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 11664720242339227163 started by @sachasayan

This change introduces a `getChapterTitleFromLine` helper function to
centralize the logic for identifying and parsing Markdown H1 chapter
headers. This ensures consistency across the codebase and simplifies
future updates to the chapter parsing logic.

Modified functions:
- getChaptersFromStoryContent
- getChapterWordCounts
- findChapterStartIndex
- extractChapterContent
- replaceChapterContent

The refactor improves maintainability by eliminating duplicated regex
patterns and ad-hoc header detection logic.
