- Move TypeScriptAnalyzer from TreeSitter.TypeScript to TypeScriptParser.Tests namespace
- Update all imports to use TypeScriptParser namespace consistently
- Add package testing instructions to README build section
- Suppress CS1591 warnings for test projects (XML documentation not required)
- Add USAGE_GUIDE.md for user documentation

Remove redundant installation instructions and detailed development guides from README. Reorganize documentation by removing standalone USAGE_GUIDE.md and referencing structured docs folder instead. Streamline content to focus on essential installation, build, and platform support information.
