Rails main now requires Ruby 3.3+, so the Ruby 3.2 + Gemfile.rails-main combination can no longer install and was failing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Rails main now requires Ruby 3.3+, so the
Ruby 3.2×gemfiles/Gemfile.rails-mainmatrix combination can no longerbundle installand fails CI.Exclude that single combination, matching the existing JRuby exclusions for rails-main. All other Ruby 3.2 gemfile combinations are kept.
