An attempt to build arm64 docker images.
If building arm64 binary with
make crosson amd64 and thenCOPYbinary in Dockerfile instead of compiling then it will run very fast with qemu. qemu is fast for high-io/low-cpu tasks and can build multi-arch docker images simply usingdocker buildx build --platforms=linux/amd64,linux/arm64,etc,etc
