Adds support for
.tiff,.avifand.heicimage types..heicand.avifneeded PIL plugins to work properly.Type of change

Automated tests.
Also ran the import command for the
tests/imagesfolder in a project and successfully had the new image types uploadedAny specific deployment considerations
For example, documentation changes, usability, usage/costs, secrets, etc.
