I added a lot more content to the foundation and intermediate phase. Still far from what I consider complete but the foundation and intermediate phases are rounding out. I also updated the amount of hours per phase as well as added some more information to the README.md
You guys can add comments to this PR for now, I will probably be updating it a fair amount over the next 24 hours.
