Corrected dependency to pyspotify - forcing version 1.11

While you're at it, maybe reorder the installation steps as well, because pyspotify depends on libspotify and python-dev, libspotify depends on (build-essential and) libffi-dev. Prerequisites:

which version of pyspotify does pip install on your system? i am using ubuntu 14.04 (pip 1.5.4, python 2.7) and it installs pyspotify 1.11 per default. did you use the --pre argument? |

I also have ubuntu 14.04 lts and pip & python2.7 from the repos and don't get version 1.11 per default, but it worked forcing the version so ~ |
