Initial Release

This release is the first for the hotwire controller project. It is fully functioning firmware for the v1.1 hardware revision. Among the other basic features of the firmware, this release includes:

• A programmable PID controller with savable EEPROM gains
• Programmable LCD backlight and contrast control
• A fully functioning INA219 implementation
