Integrate existing dash app from
oemof-tabular-pluginsinto results page with the help ofdjango-plotly-dash. Also fixed some bugs in the simulation workflow. Currently the (default) simulation now runs and returns results and it is possible to create a basic example dash app, but the exact post processing needed on the returned values from the simulator to rebuild the existing dash app is still TBD (might need to slightly change the post-processing structure inoemof-tabular-plugins).
