Companion docs change for the Pyodide Python raw TCP/UDP socket bridge (secure-exec side in a separate PR).

Moves outbound raw sockets from Unsupported to Supported in the Python Runtime compatibility list:

  • Supported: outbound raw TCP and UDP sockets (the socket module), under the VM network policy.
  • Unsupported: socket servers / listeners (bind/listen/accept) — outbound connections only.
