This PR enhances the SX1262 radio driver with improved noise floor measurement, TCXO configuration support, LED indicators, and better interrupt handling. The GPIO management code has been refactored into a separate module for better maintainability.
Adds TCXO (Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator) configuration via DIO3 with voltage mapping
Implements improved noise floor sampling using background measurements during quiet periods
Adds TX/RX LED indicator support with non-blocking blink functionality
Improves interrupt handling to prevent spurious RX interrupts during TX operations
